What to Expect During Treatment
Myofascial Release should never feel forced or overwhelming. Sessions are guided by your comfort and your body’s response. You are always encouraged to speak up if something doesn’t feel right.
This work is slow, intentional, and respectful of your nervous system. Some people experience deep relaxation or emotional release—this is normal, and we move at a pace that feels safe for you.

Your Role in Safety
Please share any relevant medical conditions, recent changes in health, or concerns during your intake or before your session. When in doubt, we can always adjust or reschedule.
If you’re unsure whether Myofascial Release is right for you, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help you decide.
